The State Treasurer's Office is required to annually publish the investment policy for the Illinois Funds Money Market Fund. The policy was developed when the fund was originally rated, in 1985, and can be updated at the Treasurer's discretion. The policy's objective is to ensure the state's investments are safe, liquid and valuable (investment policy updated 12/22/09).
